ANNAMITE HISTORY
-
Since our start-up was established in Singapore in June 2019, we first screened over 25 targets, shortlisted more than a dozen including some drill-ready targets, and selected the top three for securing a deal allowing Annamite to start exploration. In Laos

-
The first Joint Venture (JV) deal was signed in early 2021 on an attractive epithermal gold-silver project (Sakai East), followed in mid 2022 with a second joint venture on a porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum-silver system project (LHBS Sokdee). The Sakai East deal was cancelled after initial exploration.

-
We have signed in March 2022 a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with Lao Mining Development State Enterprise (LMD) on prospective projects in Vientiane province, with initial technical due diligence completed.

-
Annamite had during 2023 an agreement with Rio Tinto Exploration to fund exploration activities for the Sokdee Project.

-
Annamite has signed in March 2024 a new Joint Venture Agreements with the DDC Group to explore the Vangma concession, located to the south of Sokdee. We expect to sign by mid 2024 a new deal to explore promising ground in Northern Laos.

-
WIth three attractive projects secured, the total area held by Annamite covers 410 sq.kmwith potentially 80 sq.km more covering the eastern and western extensions to the Sokdee tenement. We have a strong track record of operating in Laos

-
We are focused on exploring and developing the Sokdee project and adjacent tenements such as Vangna for gold, silver, copper, zinc and molybdenum
We intend to be first movers in a new wave of exploration in Laos
-
Our business model is to establish secure tenure via joint ventures with holders of existing tenements and then create value by investing in exploration where we have identified unrecognised potential.

-
Targets will be identified from our in-house proprietary data set and our extensive network of contacts in the Lao minerals industry.

-
Due diligence will be carried out by our experienced technical team and in-house exploration services if necessary.

-
Joint ventures will be negotiated with a focus on equity earned through in-ground expenditure, particularly drilling.

-
Prioritize ventures with drill-ready targets that can rapidly move the project up the value curve.

Our strategy is to build a quality portfolio of near drill-ready to drill-ready exploration projects that can be quickly moved to discovery stage with drilling,
Our team members under our Lao-based expatriate Australian Chief Geologist, Paul Burrell, have already established exploration facilities in-country allowing us to operate cost-effectively without the overhead of importing equipment and people.
We are now looking to broaden that base during a new round of financing in Q4 2022/Q1 2023, looking at raising about US$3 million. As of early December 2022 we have raised already US$550,000.
CURRENT CAPITAL STRUCTURE
Our focus is on developing ARH as a junior exploration company in Laos to be listed on the HKX, ASX or TSX-V in 2024.
